Former Admission Officer of Stanford Coming to China to Unveil Admission Rules

Nearly each student applying to US universities & colleges has asked themselves a question: what type of applicants do admission officers prefer, as there are tons of factors –some of which are even unpredictable - that could affect the application results.

Here we want to introduce Mr Bob Patterson, who used to serve as the admission officer at Stanford, UC Berkeley, Pittsburgh, and UNC Chapel Hill. Bob acted as the Director of Admissions at Stanford who had the final say as to whether to admit an applicant or not.

 

Mr Bob is coming to China to give a lecture in October 21 (Shanghai) and 22 (Beijing) about college application tips and share the inside information from the admissions office.

Students who want to apply to this plan are welcomed to do so till Nov. 30. Applicants are required to meet the followings conditions:

TOEFL: 85 or above

GPA: 3.6 or above

Activities: Sport, art, volunteers (at least two of them)

An English written sample of at least 300 words
