Who can access your data

Personal data provided through this website will be shared with the BE Higher Education and its partners (Pearson PLC) who handle admissions enquiries and recruitment for some of our 100% online distance learning postgraduate courses. If you submit an enquiry through the online form published on this website our partner organisations will use your personal data to respond to your enquiry, and provide you with information on related opportunities, if you opt-in to receive them. If you choose to apply for the course, your data will be entered into the BE Higher Education's application system so we can consider your application. All parties who can access your data are expected to comply with national data protection regulations.

BE Higher Education is the data controller for all personal data which you provide via the online enquiry form. What we will do with your data

We will use your personal data to process your enquiry and, potentially, your application to the Online Masters Programmes in accordance with the terms of our contract with you (if you apply). BE Higher Education may also process your data in order to fulfil its official functions and sometimes as part of its own legitimate interests, for example, in order to track use of our websites and detect any data breaches.

How long we will keep your data

BE Higher Education policies on retaining data for prospective and current students, staff and job applicants; we keep data on website usage for one month.

In other cases, for example, if you subscribe to news or events, any retention of data will be made clear at the point of collection.
